The Audit Trail
Mortgage Administrator has an unlimited Audit
Trail used to track the day to day progress of a case.
At the press of a button you can enter the username, date and time
of an entry in the Trail |
The
system also incorporates a complete multiple case tracking system
where you can book a scheduled call. The system will then track
the status of the call, who made the call, the result of the call
and what to do next.
The "today's work" feature can produce a report at the press of
a button showing you exactly what needs to be done.
All data entered into the system is user, time and date stamped
ensuring at all times you know exactly what the status of each
case is.
