The data entered in the address and some other fields, will automatically be converted to the correct case, i.e. The first letter will up capatilised, this ensures all documentation sent out will have the same consistency and professionalism.

Dates can be entered in many formats e.g. dd/mm/yy, dd/mmm/yyyy, the easiest way to enter a date is simply ignore the slashes and dashes and type in only the numeric part. e.g. 21 July 2006 could be entered as 210706, the software will automatically convert this to the correct format for your company.

All fields with a pull down list will automatically make any data entered available for future use.
