Document Management
Mortgage Administrator fully integrates with MS Word. At the press
of a button you can create letters which will be populated with data
right out of the system, i.e. Name, Address, Lender details, Mortgage
Amount etc, in fact practically all fields within the system can be
automatically |
inserted into a letter. As we use MS Word to format the letters you
are in total control of how the letters actually look and feel.
Once you have your templates setup they are automatically made available
to every client on your network, including remote workers via the
Internet (VPN Required)
All documents produced within Mortgage Administrator is automatically
stamped with the time,date and user then saved for easy
furture retreival. Your users do not need to worry how or where the
documents are stored, the software does it all for you.
